  Ordered coke and coffee black. Was not handed cup for coke until she served 3 other customers food. Then I had to ask for it. After fixing my coke waited again for coffee. She still took orders before she would give me coffee after having to ask for it to. I was told she had to take orders 1st. The manager heard it all and never said a word. Won't go back!!!

  FINALLY a McDonald's with paper towels to dry your hands with. Visited 2/2017 about 10:30 am. Pretty good visit despite the 85 health rating, I prefer 90 or better, didn't examine for critical items but still a good clean visit.

  Would be better if they could get a simple order right. Don't like the fact that I can always hear the employees playing and yelling out and basically always screwing around, its like the manager cant control his shift or has just become numb to his/ her surroundings. This tends to be the case at most McDonald's in the B'ham area though.

  The franchise owner is very pleasant and is open to hear any concerns about her store. She even offered a personal number to call if I had any problems during my visits. However, her staff seems to only bring their A-game when she occasionally works along with them. I was a frequent customer almost every morning on my way to work, but the last straw of unprofessional from her staff has caused me to avoid this location permanently. I get it, it's fast food, and it's probably the last place you'd want to be employed, but that is no excuse for the piss poor attitudes received behind the counter and in the drive thru. I will say that there's an older black woman that usually works the first window in the morning that has been pleasant on every occasion. I regret that I did not get the owner's number to speak to her directly about these issues, but I have decided to move on and will probably avoid McDonald's as a whole altogether.
